著者らは石灰岩地固有に生育するCarex eburneaとC. mckittrickensisについて、14種類のマイケロサテライトマーカーを用いて遺伝的な違いを見つけようとした。その結果、それら2種の属するAlbae節全体まで比較できるマーカーが特定できた。
They tried to find the genetic differences in Carex eburnea and C. mckittrickensis using 14 microsatellite makers. These makers were picked up from 48 primers and got one to seven alleles per locus and had possible to know whole of section Albae.
