新種の基準

Care flava, C. lepidocarpa とその近縁種には、類似する４分類群が近くに分布していた。これらを独立種とするかどうかの基準として、今回、分布、形態、DNAを比較した。その結果、４分類群を別種とする結果は得られなかったが、標高の高い地域の分類群を新亜種として提唱した。

ヌマスゲ C. rostrata var. borealisとその近縁種、雑種の学名整理。ヌマスゲのレクトタイプが新種として発表されている。

They proposed the nomenclature of C. rostrata var. borealis, C. stenolepis, C. ×grahamii(C. saxatilis × C. vesicaria), C. ×saamica (C. rostrata × C. rotundata) and these allies keys to identify. Lectotype of Carex rostrata var. borealis treated as C. ×saamica nom. nov. (C. rostrata × C. rotundata) in this study.

They got Cyperus rotundus in medicinal herb shop in Seoul, South Korea as a material and found that the components make cockroachs keeping off.

They found Cyperus rotundus had a spasmolytic effection with it's Cr.Cr (extraction), and showed why this species have been used as a medicine in chamical data with concretely effections.

ハマスゲの成分分析により、鎮けい薬の成分があることがわかった。ハマスゲは、これまでも民間療法の治療薬や漢方の一種として使われてきている。

これまで存在を知られていた種だが、種名記載されていなかったもの。近縁種は、Cyperus appendiculatus。
